
You should know that even though corn has been engulfed in horrible publicity, it actually has health benefits! It’s full of carbohydrates (the good ones), so it will keep you full and satiated. I’m sure you are worried about burning off the carbs, but luckily corn contains a significant amount of pantothenic acid which aids in turning the corn carbs into fuel. When I look at the events from the week, I have definitely increased my caloric burn as I took a much needed visit to Crunch Fitness...that's probably why I'm craving all of this corn!
I had a 3-day free membership at Crunch and I finally took advantage of it. I shared with one of my good friends that when my life feels unstable, I don't like to work out. Honestly, that's when I should work out the most. You're only as stable as you feel and I'm ready to feel fantastic again!
So, what fall resolutions are you making? You don't have to wait until New Year's to get it poppin'!
