I'll Pass, Pumpkin!

I know some of ya'll don't wanna hear this, but I'm just NOT here for the pumpkin spiced lattes, pumpkins pies, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin teas, etc.

At least not yet!

I'm well aware that it's October, but I'm the type of girl that likes to ride the wave.

Can we make it last forever?
Can we slow down?

Can we enjoy all that is early to mid fall without getting inundated with pumpkins all over the place?

*realizes that this blog post is reading like a rant and gets it together*

Pumpkins have major benefits such as:
  • Boosts Vision (Vitamin A)
  • Lowers Blood Pressure
  • Improves Sleep Quality
  • Improves Satiation

However, I want to enjoy this season without pumpkin overload. Pumpkin (I've never typed the word pumpkin so much...haha) season is valid in my book it should last from about October 15th to December 1st. Then it will be time for gingerbread and peppermint. As you can probably tell, I'm a bit regimented about seasonal treats.

I'm still enjoying apples; at least until October 15th.
