
I am vegan mostly for my health, but there is no way that I can deny the effect that veganism has on the planet and on our animals. If you have one vegan meal per week, you can save animal lives, reduce your carbon footprint, ease your conscious and cut and in most cases eliminate your risk of heart disease, cancer, food poisoning, etc. Additionally, you will feel like you can fly, fight crime and save the world at the same time.
It is said that the company you keep makes a huge difference on your outlook and habits. Here's hoping that I will continue to influence others towards a life of deeper consciousness and compassion. I'm incredibly thankful for the opportunity to write, speak, coach and teach about veganism and what it has done for me. What a great reminder to keep pursuing my passion without fail.
