The benefits of juicing are numerous. Skin health, hair health, immune system and your digestive system will all feel the joy from a daily juice! Truthfully, buying juices are costly and so are making them yourself. The only way around it that I can think of is buying all of your organic veggies in bulk instead of going to the traditional grocery store or farmer's market. Costco has an amazing array of organic fruits and veggies. I can't wait to utilize their selection in 2017. I will keep you all posted.
My Godmother gave me a fabulous juicer from Gourmia for Christmas. It is my favorite Christmas gift and I will use it all year long. I tend to make my juices ahead of time (even though that is frowned upon in the health community) and store them in jars so I can grab-and-go during the week. Its been working thus far and I feel that because of this practice, I will be able to keep my juice habit going. What's your favorite juice concotion?
